A theme has fix width: 1000px.
The theme has 7 menuareas.
The main menu support the submenus.
The header has a images slider.
On the page: Tabs menu - latest downloads, latest comments, recent news.
These harcoded in the theme.php file.
The pages have the scroll to the top script, the page scroll to the top if you klick on the icon.

I thought that would be good if the new downloads appears as new forum posts. I modified the latest downloads menu and news.php file. YOU can choose where appear the menu, on the top or bottom of the page as newforumposts_main menu. You can download from HERE
