I thought about the fact that the e107 system should be capable of News Website. The e107 DevTeam supported this idea. Cameron made the codes for it.
So be layout of your choice in each category or all News show.
In this theme the news site is frontpage by categories.
Category News 10 layout templates created.
The templates in news_grid_template.php files.
The references to which category, which layout in the theme_shortcodes.php file.
Comments written to all.
I have included a "Hits" plugin into the theme folder, created by Cameron. It is calculated by the news of clicks, and display the "popular" news in menu.
This plugin need install, the necessary shortcode's I put into the theme files.
